Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating the firm, communicating with prospective and current clients, and protecting the website. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.
Cookies and tracking
The Clear Paths Growth website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, behavioral profiling, or cross-site advertising. It does not set nonessential cookies, so there is no cookie-consent banner.
If you change the site's light or dark appearance, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage. It is used only to remember the display choice and does not identify you or follow you across websites.

Service providers
Limited information may be processed by providers used to operate the firm, including Netlify for website delivery and contact-form processing, Calendly for optional scheduling, and the firm’s email provider. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Review the Netlify privacy statement and Calendly privacy notice for more information.
International transfers
Clear Paths Growth is based in the United States. If personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, appropriate safeguards are used where required, such as approved contractual protections or a provider’s recognized transfer mechanism.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Routine inquiries are generally deleted within 24 months after the last substantive contact unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, a legal obligation, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Security logs are retained for shorter operational periods determined by the hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
